DIGITAL IDENTITY / WEB DESIGN
STUDIO PROJECTArchive Row
A vintage fashion marketplace conceived as a complete digital business: editorial curation, useful search, detailed garment information and a workspace to manage each piece along the way.
An independent AsturaWeb exploration. Digital experience design, rather than a client commission.

- SCOPE
- Identity, UI and production direction
01 / THE CONTEXT
The pleasure of discovery. The confidence to choose.
An independent project bringing together two experiences: finding a special piece, and photographing, cataloguing, publishing and preparing it for dispatch. One identity connects both sides while respecting their different priorities.
- Discovery, filters and editorial curation
- Product details, saved pieces and shopping bag
- Inventory, fulfilment and returns
The artwork keeps its original language. The case study follows your chosen AsturaWeb language.
02 / THE CHALLENGE
Give a catalogue depth without losing a boutique’s point of view. A vintage piece needs clear sizing, measurements and condition notes; the team needs to find it and keep its availability current.
THE IDEA
Cream, olive and charcoal. An editorial voice creates interest; a precise grid makes comparison easy. Photography introduces the garment, while filters, measurements and condition notes support the decision.
03 / BEYOND THE HOMEPAGE
A complete system,
beyond the first screen.
The homepage invites exploration; the catalogue helps narrow the choice. Product pages bring together photographs, measurements and condition before adding to the bag. Saved pieces, editorial content and helpful guidance connect the journey.
THE PROJECT’S VISUAL LANGUAGE
Character, with purpose.
Colour & material
Warm cream · olive · charcoal
Typography & hierarchy
An editorial serif for the brand; functional hierarchy for shopping and operations.
Imagery & motion
Garments, materials and details take the lead. Catalogue and storytelling alternate, with transitions that guide without slowing the purchase.
FROM DISCOVERY TO DECISION
Every piece matters.
Every detail helps.
Measurements, condition, materials and photographs support the decision. The bag keeps chosen pieces in view; editorial stories open new ways to discover.
04 / RESPONSIVE & INTERACTION
Another screen.
The same intention.
The long homepage scrolls inside a realistically proportioned phone. The catalogue retains two readable columns; product information and buying actions adapt to the available space. Mobile operations focus on one task: preparing a piece for dispatch.

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUSINESS
A considered storefront.
Clear operations.
Publish a piece, check its condition, find it and prepare it for dispatch. The merchant workspace organises practical tasks, with visible priorities and actions beside the relevant information.
Proposed merchant interfaces for this concept. Orders and quantities illustrate usage scenarios; they do not represent real trading activity.
OPERATIONS ON THE MOVE
One task.
The context you need.
The mobile view brings together the piece, order status and pre-dispatch checks. The full workspace becomes a focused sequence, rather than a compressed desktop table.
- Identify the piece
- Check and prepare
- Continue to dispatch

Development, integrations and production validation belong to a later phase, defined around the actual scope.
05 / TECHNICAL DIRECTION
Designed with
production in mind.
A recommended implementation for this concept, not a claim about an already built or deployed website.
Production could combine React and TypeScript with a commerce engine such as Shopify or Medusa, chosen to suit the catalogue and operations. Search, availability, payments, orders and staff permissions would need real services and dedicated validation. These screens define the proposed experience; they are not a connected shop or admin system.
- React
- TypeScript
- Commerce API
- WebP / AVIF
- Semantic HTML, keyboard access and contrast
- Responsive images and progressive loading
- Indexable content and SEO structure
Hosting, consent-based measurement and structured data would be defined around verified information and practical needs.
